Hm... perhaps it would be possible in my world, but we certainly don't have spacefaring technology remotely capable of testing something like that. The furthest in space any human has been is our moon.

Though, it does seem fairly unlikely anyone would survive that. I'll admit that I'm not a cosmologist but given everything I've read about black holes... well, it really must have been something different, as I really can't imagine anything surviving one of those without breaking several laws of physics.
